Time for that pre-Christmas clean out! Make room in your house and sell your treasures to the next family! The HOA will put up the yard sale signs again! Additionally we will advertise on Facebook! Be sure to comment on the Facebook post or email the HOA to sign up so your address will be listed on the flyer! 

We will gather at the park for hot dogs/chips/drinks and fellowship! There will be a bounce house sponsored by Radius Church and one sponsored by the HOA! We will do an outdoor movie as well! If you want to donate please contact Makayla Nichols! We look forward to seeing everyone! 

We will do a yard decorating contest for both Halloween and Christmas this year! The HOA will create a Google doc that we will post in the FB Groups and post here for everyone to enter their house to participate and then for everyone to vote! Winner will get $100 gift card!
