Time for that pre-Summer clean out! Make room in your house and sell your treasures to the next family! The HOA will put up the banner and the yard sale signs again! Additionally we will advertise on Facebook! Be sure to comment on the Facebook post or email the HOA to sign up so your address will be listed on the flyer! 

This will be the Annual meeting of the Association and all are invited to attend. All Homeowners will get a letter with all the information needed. The address to the church is 1302 Old Orangeburg Rd. There are several board positions up for re-election so if you are interested in joining the HOA now is the time!

The HOA Board will conduct it's annual review for mold on houses on 6/8. We HIGHLY recommend using Mold Armor E-Z House Wash to clean the mold off any areas of your house that need it. It attaches to a normal garden hose or can be purchased for a pressure washer. You can purchase on Amazon, at Wal-mart or at Lowes! It's super effective!
